What is the bartender tip for a Black Forest Old Fashioned?

Steve the Bartender: 30 ml bourbon, 30 ml brandy, 7.5 ml crème de cacao, 7.5 ml Cherry Heering, and three dashes chocolate bitters. Without brandy, the gold rum variant covers vanilla and dried fruit without changing the rest — white rum comes out thin; Jamaican overproof and spiced rum weigh it down. Cacao liqueur, not chocolate sauce. Heering, not grenadine. The 15 ml of liqueurs already sweetens: no syrup. If the gold rum is sweeter than the cognac, drop the cacao to 5 ml. It's not the classic Old Fashioned (sugar and Angostura), the Bossa Negra (coffee and hazelnut), or the Brazilian Old Fashioned (cachaça and coconut).
