What is the bartender tip for a Hakuna Matata?
Two routes: the video's spec with spiced rum, or gold rum instead, for anyone who already has Bacardi Carta Oro in the pantry. Coconut rum means Malibu. Banana liqueur, not syrup: the catalog's banana syrup is thinner and gets cloying at this volume. Pineapple juice with no added sugar — coconut, banana, and grenadine already sweeten the drink. The grenadine goes into the glass first, not on top: the opposite of the Tequila Sunrise. Don't stir after straining. The Pinha Molhada is the cachaça-and-coconut cousin; the Piña Colada goes in the blender, with no banana or grenadine.
