What is the bartender tip for a Cantarito?
Taste of Home: 60 ml tequila, 30 ml grapefruit, 15 ml orange, 15 ml lime, salt, and a splash of grapefruit soda. The catalog's Paloma uses grapefruit and lemon syrups + soda — a different drink. Here the orange juice rounds it out and the Jarritos (or Squirt) brings the fizz and a little sweetness. A clay cup is the roadside serve in Jalisco; a Collins covers it at home. Tajín on the rim is optional and pulls heat. 100% agave tequila; mixto disappears behind the citrus. No video for this recipe.
