What is the bartender tip for a Ranch Water?
Three ingredients, no syrup and no orange liqueur — it's not a long Margarita or a Paloma (that one has grapefruit). A 100% agave blanco lets the agave show; a mixto disappears in the soda. Topo Chico is the Texas classic; any other sparkling mineral water works. Everything well chilled, ice to the brim. Just one stir.
