What is the bartender tip for a Siesta?

Katie Stipe, New York (2006). 100% agave blanco tequila; reposado disappears behind the Campari. Ruby (pink) grapefruit is the modern spec; white is drier. The 15 ml of 1:1 syrup balances both citrus juices; if your syrup is 2:1 (gum, Liber & Co), drop to 10 ml — as in the video. The catalog's Paloma lengthens grapefruit with soda; here the Campari adds bitterness and it's served up, no ice. Grapefruit twist: cut the peel before juicing.
