What is the bartender tip for a Toblerone?
The three liqueurs are already quite sweet — taste before you decide the honey syrup pour. Fresh cream (heavy cream, like nata) is fuller-bodied than boxed cooking cream; if you use a lighter cream, shake a little longer to emulsify. The alcohol almost disappears on the palate, but it's there. The grated chocolate on top is just visual — use a milk or semisweet bar.
